Americas First Constitutional Rights Activist Corp — fighting for justice, empowering communities, and protecting the rights of every American.
Our Mission
Americas First Constitutional Rights Activist Corp (AFCRA) is a civic organization dedicated to protecting the constitutional rights of every American. We provide advocacy, education, legal support, and community programs that empower individuals and families to exercise their rights and pursue the American Dream.
We are a pending 501(c)(4)(A) social welfare organization, committed to civic engagement and the betterment of our communities. Our work is nonpartisan — we serve all Americans, regardless of political affiliation, background, or belief.
AFCRA is currently in the process of obtaining 501(c)(4)(A) tax-exempt status as a social welfare organization under the Internal Revenue Code. Our mission is civic in nature — focused on community improvement, constitutional rights education, and the general welfare of all Americans.
What Guides Us
We believe every American deserves equal protection under the law, regardless of income, background, or circumstance.
We stand firmly beside those whose rights have been violated, providing a powerful voice when it matters most.
Knowledge is power. We equip communities with the tools and information needed to protect their own rights.
We approach every case with empathy, dignity, and respect for the individuals and families we serve.

Our activists are proud members of the National Organization for Victim Advocacy (NOVA) — a community dedicated to integrity, knowledge, collaboration, compassion, respect, and empowerment.
NOVA membership reflects our commitment to the highest professional standards in victim advocacy. Every AFCRA activist carrying this badge has demonstrated dedication to serving survivors and protecting the rights of all Americans.
Whether you need help, want to volunteer, or wish to support our mission — we welcome you.
